I had an issue with my car’s left-turn indicator, and I was told that the front wheel had to be removed because the bulb was not easily accessible. I was charged $75 for just half an hour of labor. However, the work appeared to be completed very quickly, and I noticed that the front wheel had been removed. This left me questioning whether the amount charged was reasonable for the time and work involved. I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of the repair process and a fair, transparent labor charge. Based on my experience, I would advise others to ask for a detailed explanation and confirm the labor cost before approving any repair.

Our labor charges are based on standardized manufacturer labor time guidelines provided through our estimating software, rather than the exact time a technician takes to complete a repair. Completing the work sooner than expected therefore does not reduce the quoted labor charge. The same principle protects customers when a repair takes longer. For example, if a job is quoted at four labor hours but requires six hours to complete, we do not charge for those additional hours. We explain the recommended work and associated costs and obtain customer approval before proceeding. We regret any lack of clarity during your visit and welcome the opportunity to review your invoice with you and address any remaining questions.

I went in for an inspection. They had me come back because they weren’t available when I walked in. We made an appointment. They kept the appointment and I was in and out of there in no time! Friendly, clean environment, answered any questions I had! I will be returning!
