I’ve been coming here for my annual inspections for the past two years and plan to continue as long as I’m in Cary. The owner is awesome, honest, and truly cares about his customers. I never worry about unnecessary fees or upselling like you sometimes see at other auto care centers. Last year, he inspected my car and personally called to let me know I needed two new tires before he could pass my inspection. He referred me to a location nearby, even followed up afterward to make sure I got them replaced since they do not offer tire services there. He didn’t charge me for the initial visit — just provided honest advice and great service. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy! EDIT: Just went in for my annual inspection and I planned to drop off my car and pick it up later that day. I dropped off my car, used the restroom and sat down to order a ride, and it was done before the ride could even arrive. Quick and reputable service!

I was traveling through the area and my serpentine belt jumped off. I was traveling home, back to the Midwest, needing to be back in time for work. These people were able to direct me to a great towing service, and once I got to their shop the worked me into a very busy day. Service at it's finest, filled with truth and honesty.
